What do we do?
We make alfalfa pellet as well as alfalfa bundles and megabundles, which are used to supplement animal feeding.
Our processing plant has the best machinery and skilled labour who controls every detail. The plant also owns fields in the region to supply alfalfa – production raw material.
Pellet
The process involves crushing the rolls so then they can be compacted and pressed, thereby obtaining a finished product that reduces fourfold the volume of the bundle.
When the roll is ground, also the stem and leaf become part of the production loop. This avoids losing leaves which have proteins.
Due to its nutritious characteristics, pellet is chosen for animal feeding so much so that it is irreplaceable in some cases. For instance, it is the main food for horses in our country. Furthermore, pellet is used for feeding ruminants, paultry, pigs, rabbits and cattle.
Advantages of alfalfa pellet
- Transportation and storage saving.
- Easy use in mixtures.
- Better monitoring and consumption regulation.
- Higher protein contribution.
- Intact nutritious qualities for over 5 years keeping the colour, scent and flavour.
- Better conservation and preservation against insects, fungi and mycotoxins.

Alfalfa Pellet
- BAGS,25 and 40 kg.
- BIG BAG, 800 kg.
- SILO (in bulk).
* Should be kept in a dry and airy, away from sunlight and heat.
Megabundles
Megabundles are classified by cut, lot and quality. They are stowed to preserve their colour, freshness, scent and palatability.
We produce megabundles for Horses, Dairy farms and Feedlots. The process involves grinding the fiber at 7 or 10 centimetres, thereby facilitating direct use of the megabundle in any kind of mixer. This process is ideal for dairy farms or feedlots which need to dose alfalfa with other diet componets.
Megabundles weigh between 380 and 450 kilograms, depending on the category, and they are about 0.80 x 0.90 x 2.20 each. A whole piece of equipment can load up to 60 megabundles, and carry between 18000 and 24000 kilograms (depending on the size of the truck). There is availability all year round.

Bundles
We produce and raise first quality alfalfa bundles for grazing and forage – in bundles which are 22 to 25 kg on average. We assure you will have high quality alfalfa pasture bundles at disposal all year round.
After cutting and harvesting the crop in alfalfa bundles, all products are stored in our farm warehouses and kept in suitable ambient conditions so that their quality is not damaged. These products are processed in the right season. It is important to mention that high rotation will help you have a fresh healthy product for feeding and fattening your animals. Furthermore, the most advanced farm technologies are implemented in our handling process of alfalfa bundles.
We only produce and process fresh first quality alfalfa. Sowing takes place in our fields. Storage is only possible in a roofed warehouse. Stowage does not occur outdoors.
